So what does the 40 man roster look like with guys like Span and Moses not eligible for the rule 5 draft? In fact, no one who wasn't eligible last year will be this year if I understand the rules right.

I have to wonder if Justin Jones doesn't get put back on the roster. I'm not sure who has had their stock rise since last year enough to warrant a spot.

Ricky Barrett and maybe Speigner. DePaula has been added to the roster. I don't think there are any others that are likely to be rule 5 candidates.

Of course this also means the Rule 5 pickings are going to be pretty slim so teams may reach down to lesser prospects.
