Are the Twins THAT down on Baker?

The call went out ... and it's .... Bonser?????

Beyond insanity, I'd like to see the argument for this.

"Baker can't be brought up because he's not been 'down' long enough."

I've seen this comment made.  It'd be the 'best' of the possible explanations, IMO.  But I've also seen people say 'that doesn't apply when you're calling a guy up to fill the slot of a guy who got hurt.'

"Baker can't handle getting skipped as often as our #5 is going to get skipped."

That would mean Garza's the #4 - is that where the Twins are headed?

"Baker's had a couple of chances to get it right up here already & he hasn't gotten it done."

There's some truth in that, though a significant amount of Baker's "bad time" came when the whole team was stinking up the place.  We're not that team anymore.

"Gardy & Ryan have lost confidence in Baker."

Gardy's dissatisfaction with Baker pitching "up" has been voiced plenty of times, and Baker did say something to the effect of "that's where I pitch" once, which wouldn't sit well with Gardy.  But is it THAT bad?

Any ideas????
