Over at John Sickels' site, there are frequent Community Prospect lists being generated. I know that between my site, Aaron, Josh, Roger's information, and several other places, we see a bunch of Twins prospects lists. But I thought it would be interesting to try it here, maybe we can at least get a consensus on a Top 10 list...

So, for now, let's start with Twins Prospect #1. I will give five to seven options and please vote for one. (I will come up with the list, but part of the discussion should be names that should be considered for the next vote) When we get a good number of votes or there seems to be a clear winner, we will determine that person to be the Top Prospect.
