I really like most of these guys
But, I think/hope Romero has the most upside. Maybe because of the need at the big league level. But if Valencia can be #1, Romero can at least be #19.

Tosoni,
has to get selected somewhere here. With numbers similar to Valencia/Ramos at Ft. Myers, he gets my nod.

I went with Tolleson, because he is having a knock out
Fall league and may get a chance to be our everyday shortstop next season.

I went with Romero as well...
for the reasons mentioned. I still REALLY like his upside a lot.

Can we have
… a little scouting report on Romero?

Romero
Excellent raw hitting tools. Good contact. Good power. Decent batting eye. Decent fielder. Last year I called him the third baseman of the future, with Danny Valencia the stop gap. But he had a disappointing, injury-riddled year at Beloit. He could have a bounce-back year next year at Fort Myers. But until he does, I can’t rank him nearly as highly as I did last year at this time.
Injuries and attitude are his only negatives so far. He has sulked at the slowness of his promotions, especially at E-Town. His E-Town numbers are a little deceiving because he started out really slow due to the sulking (according to Jim Rantz). Considering his slow start, a 912 OPS is awesome. But the sulking might just be a maturity thing. And I don’t want to call him injury prone just yet. It’s like Tosoni: Can you blame a guy for breaking his foot on a foul ball?.

Tolleson
He has had a great AFL and had a solid season at double-A.

Bromberg
Love the strike outs! Good track record so far.
Seth, can we have a B.J. Hermsen tester in a couple polls? I think there is still a few guys to go before he becomes a factor in the votes…. but on stuff alone he should be in the top 25.
