Not really...

No real surprises, except for Buscher, like you said. I sure hope Gardy knows what he's doing.

By the way, how about our farm system? It's looking great right now, even though we called up a few top guys. The future is looking even higher, guys.

Jesse...

...I don't know who is responsible for maintaining the 40 man roster that you can click on above. It is very outdated however, with guys like Cali still on the roster and it is missing a few including Jason Kubel.

Yeah..

I was going to mention that. Cali and Jones should be taken off...

It's a widget

which should be updated this next week when the regular season gets underway. Team leaders and stat widgets should update automatically as well.

If it's still a problem I have the 40-man roster imported from the old site, I just don't have it displayed. I'll wait until the middle of next week to see if it gets updated, and if not I'll start maintaining it myself.

No...

...but I do wish that Liriano could start with the club.

Per Joe C.

Gardy wants to look at the stats before deciding Monroe v. Kubel @ DH.

Between them, they're 1 for 8 against Weaver (Kubel owns the "1") & neither of them has hit much this spring (though Kubel's OBP is better).

Kubel needs to get together with Nick Punto & see if Nick can spare any of his "embarrassing" Gardy pictures.

I'm surprised and dismayed...

...that our opening day starter is Livan Hernandez.

Not technically a shock as far as the roster goes, in that this was obvious from the moment we signed him but still... yeah.
