Nick Punto's New Bike

From Phil Miller of the St. Paul Pioneer Press comes the following tidbit of news:

Nick Punto knows a good clubhouse gag when he sees one, so he got a good laugh when he discovered someone had put a child's bike, complete with training wheels, in his locker. "Hey, don't think I can't ride it," he said, and Punto then proceeded to prove it, working up some pretty good speed as he hunched over the tiny handlebars, occasionally ringing the little bell. He did a lap out in the concourse, then rode into various rooms of the clubhouse, demanding to know who the jokester was. Nobody knew, but everyone was entertained.
