Whoo Boy
Whoo boy, nothin doin’ with the bats tonight. Bonser was flawed, but gave up only 3 hits and two runs over six at the end of the day. Gaudin is not that good of a pitcher. Between having Monroe in there against a righty, Denard Span as our leadoff hitter, and Cuddyer still gone, there just isn’t a lot to save the Twins from making mediocre pitchers look great.

Bonser...
...hasn’t been brilliant this season, but he’s been decent; he certainly doesn’t deserve a 1-4 record for his efforts.
The radio guys mentioned that the Twins have scored six runs in Bonser’s five starts; that’s unlikely to make any pitcher look good.
Howard Sinker likes to refer to Bonser as ‘Oof Onser’, but for the moment I think I’ll call him ‘Bf Bnser’, since there’s no ‘O’ when he’s in there.

Span in the leadoff meant trouble
Wow; that line-up lacked everything.

This is all Jesse's fault
Twins record when Game Thread post includes “An Empty Widget”: 1-0
Twins record without “An Empty Widget”: 9-11
I am willing to nickname one of the Twins’ players “Empty Widget”, if necessary.

I take full blame.
I even said Sweeney was primed to hit his first homer of the year against us.
I need to watch my mouth.

Even though you said it...
Even though you said Sweeney was due, we all knew in our thearts that he would go long on the Twinsand probably drive in the crucial runs…..I guess we can’t handle the truth.
