yeah

I know. I am sitting here waiting for the lineups too to post on a few sites but nothing yet…..MLB.com is rather slow on the Twins today!

Peyton's good but have you ever heard of Jeff George?

Hmmm . .

I like that they’ve moved Young down a bit, let’s hope he can hit a little better without the pressure of being so high in the order. I’d still like to see Mauer bat #2. Then go Cuddy, Morneau, Harris, Kubel, Young, Lamb, TOLBERT. (not LNP).

Lineups are posted at MLB.com too...

But it looks like the down time the last few days has affected our widgets as well. I can’t scroll down to add the lineup widget…I’ll try again another time.

Time for bed in the UK…I’ll catch the game in the morning. GO TWINS!!

should the Twins

rest Gomez every 15 games? maybe. With the way Gomez has done since being rested after his 0-10 with who knows how many Ks, Gomez is 3-5 with a homer and two bunt singles…and 1 SB.

I think that Gomez should be rested every 15 or 20 games so that he can just clear his head and get some advice from the coaches hands on….

Gomez

with another bunt base hit…4-6 in the past two games! Go Gomez!

They sent him down to AAA

because the bloggers couldn’t deal with letting a young and raw 5-tool player try to make his way on the big stage.

Pussies.

what?

where did you get this info? all that has happened is that he got a mild strain. He is listed as Day to Day.

dude lets try to make this a place

where all twins bloggers can feel welcome. Bitterness and sarcasm aren’t really the aesthetic we’re going for here…

Lineup

I’m pretty irritated that Garenhire has already abandoned the Mauer in the two spot thing already…

Considering...

that Mauer has something like a 680 OPS hitting second (given, only in ~140 PAs) it may be for the better…

Small

Small sample size alert!

Him hitting second is the exact same as him hitting third. He still has Cuddyer protecting him. He is still seperated from Morneau. If anything, Gomez’s running helps him poke balls through the right side…
