Twins Insider: Tolbert to DL, Mauer hurt?

LENIII is reporting that Matt Tolbert injured his thumb sliding into first in the final game of the Toronto series at the Dome. Also, there's concern that Joe Mauer may have strained his neck during early BP and may be scratched from the lineup. When I wrote that this 40-games-in-41-days stretch would likely turn into a Bataan Death March, I certainly didn't expect the baseball gods to take me literally.
