So on gameday they said Mauer had a 1st pitch called strike that was way outside, I’m wondering if gameday is off or if the call was really that bad?

Odd bit of info...
The Tigers scored more runs in this game than the Pistons scored in either of the first two quarters against the Celtics.
Maybe Kevin Garnett is available to play shortstop?
