33MorneauMVP broke the news on TwinkieTown earlier via a link of Joe C. at the Strib, but here's the official online media announcement from the Twins. Kelly Theiser reports Brian Buscher will be recalled. As stated earlier, Rincon will refuse assignment to triple-A and become a free agent.

Im glad he is gone
but it’s too bad it had to be done because he was outright terrible. Hopefully, as mentioned up above, a NL team picks him up (Mike Lincoln is still pitching, so who knows, it can be done!)
