I hadn’t seen that commercial before… I was expecting a “Little Big League” clip.
Did anyone else notice in that movie that the Twins’ star first baseman wore number 14 and the scrappy young second baseman wore 11? They also had the aging slugger wear 34 and the centerfielder wear 23 (I believe the movie came out after Mack had replaced Puckett in CF) – even though Puckett wasn’t washed-up then, I thought it was neat to have all those little references for people who knew their Twins.
I did not like that they changed John Gordon’s name.

also have a disgruntled pitcher wearing Scott Erickson’s number? I can’t remember if they had a number 4 (Molitor), either…although hoenstly I can’t remember when Little Big League came out.
