Liriano Dominates Again

Liriano's seven inning performance was highly impressive: 10 strikeouts, two walks, two hits, no runs.

From the story: "In his past five starts, he has a 0.26 ERA, with one earned run in 35 innings. In that time, he has struck out 42."

The Twins, and Francisco Liriano, didn't need any pressure from an idiot of an agent. Minnesota has to be feeling the pressure on their own, because the player is doing exactly what he needs to do. Stay tuned...

it would

it would be awesome if he was called up to face the Pale Hose next week at the Dome
and he dominates them like he has dominated AAA lately
just to get under the craw of the Sox

He'll

You know the front office is figuring out how to make a spot for him. If Bill Smith is as smart as we all hope, he’s trying to figure out how to clear our Livan as we speak…

"You can't sit on a lead and run a few plays into the line and just kill the clock. You've got to throw the ball over the damn plate and give the other man his chance. That's why baseball is the greatest game of them all."
