The crystal ball says (per Liriano)

Per Len III:
"Francisco Liriano pitched well for Class AAA Rochester on Saturday, shutting out Buffalo for six innings on three hits, one walk and seven strikeouts. He did need 98 pitches to get through six innings."
"I’ve been told that Liriano needs to have a long run of outings like Saturday’s (and probably use fewer pitches) before the Twins would consider calling him up. Let’s face it, he’s changing from a power pitcher to someone who has to pitch a little bit, and those transformations can take time."
Sounds good to me ....

As long as Livan pitches like this
I’m fine with Liriano staying down there for a while. But if Livan reverts to his May form and Liriano continues to pitch like this, I say bring him up. We should have the best pitcher up here and if that’s Liriano, he should be pitching in the majors.

Yep, agree with you Mathewson … I think Livan stinks to be honest. I know he’s won a few games for us, but his stuff isn’t good. He’s an above 5 ERA guy and has been most of his career. If Liriano strings together a few more of these, and Livan keeps tossing meatballs, you gotta give the young guy the shot.
