Thought I would throw this up in case people want to discuss
Quentin went deep to lead off the 2nd inning; Sox up 1-0. Kotsay just walked as Figaro seems unnerved and has temporarily lost his control. Ah, I need more words. Already the Tigers are getting some guys up in the pen, as Rios just singled, men on 1st and 2nd with nobody out in the top of the 2nd inning with the Sox already in the lead. Pile it on boys. Is that long enough?

I will say...
the atmosphere at the Dome today was unreal. Everyone around us was saying they wanted to stay and watch the Tigers/Sox game there.

I honestly dont know who I would want pitching, Pavano or Duensing
your thoughts? convince me either way.
Pavano hasn't been very good against the Royals this year
but the veteran guy on the mound is always good to have
well, both had rough starts last time they started...
but Pavano has the experience. Though Duensing seems to keep his cool during games.

Frankly
Neither of them seem all that appealing to me. But someone’s got to pitch. I guess I’ll take Pavano, though I can’t really articulate the reasons for that preference.
