Thanks to Jesse and the Gang of Four for another full season!
It says on the front page of this blog:
"We strive to be the best Minnesota Twins blog by providing quality content and analysis, as well as daily news and notes on the team. "
As for this quote, I would like to say, "Well done lads." And, I think there is no doubt that your goal has been met once again. Thanks for bringing the Twins a little closer than 6500 frequent flyer miles away (many miles more if one flies Continental through Houston).
An additional thumbs up to all of the contributors who really do help to make this the best Twins blog.
Now let's win some postseason games.

This has been my first full Twins season away from MN, and this blog has been great. It is so refreshing to chat with people who not only know Twins baseball, but baseball in general. The blog has been my escape from hearing about all things Yankees and for that alone I owe you guys a ‘thank you’.

Appreciate
I appreciate this forum. A lot of good stuff, without so much snark and insults.

Agreed
I guess I’m kind of an old-timer here, having been around since John Bonnes’ old TwinsTerritory.com, and I’ve always enjoyed both the writing (Jon’s Dave Barry-esque season preview is one of my favorite columns of the year anywhere) and the community. While it’s obvious that Jesse & Co. deserve credit for the former, I’d say that they also deserve some for the latter – the tone set by the folks in charge filters into the comment sections, and it’s no easy thing to foster a respectful yet spirited online community.
I would also like to point out that the Game Threads during getaway day games have been a huge detriment to my productivity at work, for which I am thankful.

Agreed with all of the above.
this place has been good fun this year…the contributors and commenters make games a lot more fun and entertaining to watch. Many thanks!

I have been here
since this was the old Twinkietown. My brother, CarterHayes, managed to get me to join and I don’t think I have regretted it. Jesse and all the Senior Writers are very good and most of the contributors to this blog are very fun to blog with.
Good job once again TwinkieTown!

Love it
This is great! The game threads alone made winning better and made me laugh when we lost.
Thanks!

Thanks, all!
It’s just another blog without all you guys. I’m glad to have readers and community members like you.

Highlights
Enough can’t be said about Roger’s writing about the Twins minor league system. I especially look for his prospect updates to contiue.
Lots of good writing here in Twinkie Town (and a few bad, as well as my own unedited happy fingers).
Let’s keep the talk strong during the off-season!
and check out www.twinscards.com and relive some old memories.
