Yeah, I saw this on MLBTR

but I’ve also read that the Twins and Pavano have a mutual interest to stay together, so…eh. If he’s not asking a lot, there’s no reason to not keep him around. Unless they pick up Harden, but even then…

"You can't sit on a lead and run a few plays into the line and just kill the clock. You've got to throw the ball over the damn plate and give the other man his chance. That's why baseball is the greatest game of them all." -Earl Weaver

I’ve heard we already have begun talking to him, so who knows. I know the guy has had alot of injuries the last few years, but really seemed to be returning to his pre-injury days last season. I would definately like us to resign him. Maybe not a ton of money upfront just incase, but make it a offer laced with a bunch of incentives especially if he completes a full year.

"If you're gonna shoot, shoot, don't talk."
"That is the craziest sonofabitch I ever saw, how many more like him do you think are up there?"
"We have clearance Clearance. Roger Rodger, what's our vector Victor?"

Just as easy...

…to reach incentives in the NL as a pitcher, and life’s a lot easier there.
