With Joe Mauer coming back from the DL on Friday, the Twins have a great chance at gaining some ground on Divisional Rivals this weekend when they play the KC Royals. The Twins will start off by facing the ever greasy Sidney Ponson (RHP). The Twins have many lefty batters that will be in the lineup. Can the Twins gain ground on the other teams ahead of them?

NO WAY!

That lineup wouldn’t make anyone $hit in their pants, unless they were serving food poisoning to ‘em before the game. Then again, even Ponson’s picture looks like a trainwreck waiting to happen…or a shipwreck, I’m guessing Ponson has a li’l Captain in him…literally.
