Baker's pitched well so far, apart from all those doubles.
Three runs is a lot for how well I feel he’s done. Hopefull the offense can put up a crooked number this inning.

I hear a very heavey opera singer....
….warming up her voice! If KC takes three straight from Detroit and we only gain one game…we ain’t gonna get it done. But maybe it was to much to ask to come back from 7 down with just a couple more than 25 to play. Gotta look to some real melt downs this season. Blowing a 10 run lead in Oakland. Nathan one strike away from three outs in the 9th with a two run lead and we lose. Rauch blowing Duensing’s excellent game the other night.
It is time to start lookin at next year for me.

why do they, with such great consistency, continue to shoot themselves in the foot? I guess this is what you get from a .500 team, but how do you beat Roy Halladay one night and lose to Brett Cecil the next?
Better yet, how do you beat Roy Hallady one night, but get a combined 7 hits off Jeremy Sowers and David Huff?
They seem to have no life. Less-neau was back at it today with his typical feeble september choke swing on, Spansy can’t lay down a sac bunt, LNP fails at yet another sac bunt. GOD they are frustrating!!!!!
Just put together a two week stretch of inspired Baseball and I guarantee they have a shot at the division, but how can we hope for that when they play well one night, and like a last place team the next.
