This is Adrian Peterson's third, yes THIRD, touchdown from this afternoon's contest. I know it's not a Twins highlight, but this is vintage AP tossing DB's aside like Prince Fielder tosses aside the vegetables to get to the mashed potatoes. In fact, that Cleveland DB probably felt like a sack of potatoes. Head over to Daily Norseman to celebrate the Vikings win.

AD is awesome!
BTW, loved the Prince Fielder/veggies analogy too!

They should run that play 10 times a game

I have watched that a dozen times
It’s like watching a Mauer homer. He makes it look so easy. He was tossing those DBs around like Pop Warner players.

They dont call him purple jesus for nothing...
I “hated” him when he played for OU (I went to Texas), but he is an amazing talent. All apologies to Mauer, but that play is more exciting than anything I have seen Mauer do, though that likely has to do with the nature of the sport.

How about Mauer's diving tag of that Yankee to save the game?
That was pretty good.
We’ve been pretty lucky in Minnesota to be able to watch such talents as Adrian Peterson, Joe Mauer, Randy Moss, Johan Santana and Kevin Garnett. I just wish it’d pay off with a championship some day.
