Wow
Have any of the Twins people verified this? I’m shocked.
If we take down Verlander tonight, this day just became a 12 or 13…

Not yet
I can’t find anything from the Twins, but Sano’s agent is confirming it, and the Yahoo Sports article quotes Sano as saying he’s happy to be signing with the Twins.

Deolis Guerra = Daniel Cabrera ?
I tend to think so

Nah
I’d give it an 8 or 9
Basically is he really that talented and is he 18-19 or acutally 16 ???
But I say this is Bill Smith’s single best move he has made since becoming the Twins GM over 2 years ago….

I think he's 16
The bone scan indicates his true age, and the MLB verified it. He’s just a big strong kid who looks like a 19 year old. Then again, so does Kepler, and he’s 16.
But I agree on Bill Smith, and I’ll go one further. This is the best move the Twins have made since they drafted Joe Mauer.

Awesome
I had thought the Pirates would get him. Great to see the Twins pick up such a promising prospect.

Better
The scouting report says she has soft hands but is not all that good with the stick.

Now we have an infield prospect!
Hooray, can he start next season? He’s gotta be able to beat out Tolbert.

Seriously, what a haul this year
Sano, Kepler, Gibson, Bullock and Tootles. I can’t remember so much talent coming to the Twins at one time.

Suddenly our minor league system is looking a bit better
I would think Sano and Gibson immediately become top 100 pospects in all of baseball along with Hicks and some would say Revere.
Hopefully Sano follows in the footsteps of guys like Hanley Ramirez and Miguel Cabrera and is playing in the bigs at 20 years old. a 2014 lineup of Span, Revere, Mauer, Morneau, Sano, Hicks, Valencia sounds pretty damn sweet. Of course it’ far off and who knows who we’ll still have and who will work out but it sure makes a guy optimistic for the future.
Peyton's good but have you ever heard of Jeff George?

Beats the heck out of free agent signings
Money better spent – $3M for Sano or $3M for Mike Lamb?
