Pavano gets to face his most recent former team for the first time. The Twins could really, really use a quality start in this spot. A complete game might not be a bad idea, for that matter.
In six career starts against the Twins, Sowers is 2-3 with an ERA just under six. That's my way of saying he's hittable.

I figured I’d catch you this weekend, and so I saved this post until you were sitting down face to face, mano e’ mano?
I was wrong and you were right. I couldn’t review the Redmond catch for a couple of days but when I did it ws clear that the high hop was not an odd, or unexpected high hop – it appeared to be right in line with the expected trajectory. SO, Redmond did have his glove in the wrong position.

Imagine someone who is so excited by what they are chatting about that they forget to hold down the ‘shift’ for the last 2 of 5 exclamation points they planned to type, and in thier excitment, do not stop to edit. Its all very exciting.
