Good for him, I suppose. I guess I’d hoped he’d just retire a Twin, but oh well. At least we’ll probably get to see him quite a bit during the season. Hope you enjoy NBP, Cleveland!

Everyone needs catchers in spring training

Good news for the Twins. Span should be able to run on the Indians no problem. I really liked Redmond but I think the Twins got all that was left out of him.

If the job and the money is out there, more power to the guy. Remember, coaches and such don’t make as much as players, even at the minimum. Hopefully he’ll be one of the many catchers that return to manage in the Twins system someday.
