Doug Davis Signs With Milwaukee Brewers
The deal is reportedly worth $4.25 million this season, and $6.5 million in 2011 with a $1 million buyout. Don't be surprised when I say I'm glad the Twins didn't make this deal.
To be fair to Davis, he's better suited in the National League and may be a reliable arm at the back end of Milwaukee's rotation.

I saw this too.
Now if only we could get past Washburn and use the money to further help the lineup.

Glad it wasn't the Twins
The only SP on the market that interests me is Erik Bedard and then only if it is an incentive laden deal.
I think this means were going to get Washburn.

yes unfortunately

Davis walked 103 batters last year
yikes.
It’s only an upgrade for Milwaukee because their rotation was already awful.
