Thome Tee: Buy Before It's Sold Out!
So, uh, how about some cheerful Friday morning news?
via the Blorch! Shop
The Thome Tees have been a HUGE success. So much that they outsold their presale! If you ordered one, thanks! Hope you like 'em as much as I do. Fun fact: while "Speak softly..." is a font, I hand-drew all of the other lettering. And yes, it's supposed to have some worn-out distressing on it. That's been all the rage in t-shirts for a while now.
FYI: The new (and final) batch of shirts are in today, and all pending orders are going out this weekend. So if you haven't seen your shirt(s) yet, your shipment shall arrive by next week.
BIG reminder though: many of the Thome Tee sizes are running low (The red men's shirt is already sold out!), so if you haven't ordered yet and still want one, don't delay. These t-shirts are being retired like the Pavstache shirt to make room for Shirt #3, coming soon. There aren't many Pavstache sizes left (in fact, the ladies Pavstache tees are all sold out too), and I have a feeling more of the Thome Tee sizes will be out before the weekend is over.
So head to Blorch! right now and get clickin'! Last call!
Hope that knot in Thome's back vanishes before we sell out another shirt size. Are masseuses allowed in dugouts?

Wearing mine today
Mine arrived yesterday — a ladies blue. It looks awesome. I have Red Sox/Yankees tickets tonight and I’ll be wearing a Jim Thome shirt and a Twins hat (signed by Tony Oliva at the State Fair this year!), just to confuse the East Coast fans!
Although I do have a moral dilemma… I despise the Yankees as much as I can despise any baseball team. But I kind of want to root for them tonight so that the Twins don’t have to face them in the first round. But then again, we have home field advantage in the first round… oh, what a dilemma!
I'm wearing my Jim Thome t-shirt today...
I got the mens brown. It’s pretty nice, though some of the text is too dark to read well.
Overall, it’s a great shirt!
That's the only thing I kind of don't like about the brown shirt.
The navy blue ink doesn’t contrast too much on the brown, but you CAN still read it. Unfortunately I was sampled something slightly lighter when setting up the shirts (like what you see online), and it would’ve been costly to re-print all the browns with a lighter ink. As always, if you aren’t satisfied, please contact me via the Blorch! Shop contact page. Although personally, I still like the brown more than the red!
The good news? Unlike the other three colors, the brown shirts are made of ORGANIC cotton (oooooooooooh)!
