The Twins are reporting that Estarlin De Los Santos has been outrighted to Rochester as of yesterday, removing him from the 40-man roster. This move means he either has cleared waivers or will have to clear waivers within the next few days.
The Twins website now has the 40-man roster at 36. It doesn't include Eric Hacker who was reported to have signed a few weeks ago. Has the Hacker signing been delayed or didn't he sign a contract that required him to be on the 40-man roster? Or is the Twins website wrong and they missed his signing?
