Each year I rank all the players in the organization, with the Pitchers and Position Players ranked separately. This is not intended to be a prospect ranking, rather the ranking of all the players based on how they performed on the field in 2010.
I made several changes to my formulas this year, including having each player's performance rated against the league average of the league they played in. I continue to add bonus points for certain achievments and discount a players performance the further they are from AAA.
