High fiving at the bowling alley
That part of the story reminded me about how at the end of game 163 Mauer spent a lot of time walking around the stadium high fiving fans. Getting a high five from Joe Mauer is something those fans will remember forever.
My favorite thing
is that he brought his own bowling ball. I don’t know why, but the idea of Mauer getting turned away from airport security with his bowling ball in hand cracks me up.
Yeah, that made me laugh too.
