Don't know, as I don't have mlbtv or a radio station that carries the Twins

I’m watching it on an extremely laggy gameday feed which is really pissing me off, but if you would like to be aggravated by it too, the link is below.

Is the gameday line on Pavano correct?

First two innings 15 pitches, 15 strikes? Holy crap.

18 pitches, 18 strikes? No way.

Pavano

has faced 16 hitters – Pavano has 3 Ks. It is not right. Gameday only posts the balls hit into play I believe. Nothing else, such as balls, or number of pitches thrown for a K etc…

Well it's showing for Wainwright

11 strikes, 8 balls. And an 18.00 ERA. Yeah, probably not right.

In past years...

Gameday during preseason, treats an out as a strike, batted ball as a strike, strikeout as 3 strikes and a walk as 4 balls, I believe.

Needless to say…PAY NO ATTENTION to pitch count info.

MLB At-Bat

Need some advice. What are the big advantages of this app? Can I watch games live on my I-phone with it? Radio? Is it Gordo and Dazzle? I do gameday at work when I get the chance and know it does not update like promised.

I'd like to hear from someone that got that app, too.

I *love* MLB At-Bat.

Love it. You can listen to any radio station you want — Dazzle and Gordo, of course, but also any of the other 29 teams. After each game, there are 5 to 10 video clips (usually 30 seconds or less) of the highlights of the game; by the next morning, there’s a 10 minute game recap. If you want to watch the game live and streaming, you have to upgrade; I don’t, because watching that much TV on the iPhone gives me a headache. There’s also the standard real-time pitch counts with the location of each pitch, the box score, etc. I buy it every season and it’s worth every penny.

Quetions

I’m thinking about getting it this year:

- How is the audio quality? Are there problems sometime because of using the 3G network? How smooth is the video when watching the live games?

Pretty much that’s the only line of questioning, actually.

On those:

The audio is only limited by the iPhone speakers. I’ve had the occasional hiccup where my cell coverage isn’t great, but that’s life. I don’t have the iPhone 3G, I’m still on first-gen, so I don’t know. And since I don’t have the upgrade for live games, I can’t tell you. Sorry, not as helpful on these…

Valencia HR?

Nice.

RonGarde: Target Field is going to be exactly like Progressive Field, except you'll have a chance to die of frostbite in the middle of July

Wow

Wow, a pickoff to finish things. Like John Gordon says, how rare is that…

Trade Glen Perkins!

For Heath Bell!!!!!!!! Glen and a prospect, we don’t need Glen! Whats he gonna be are long inning reliever? What about checking in with John Smoltz?? I think John could handle a year back in the pen and be dominant! Why weaken what I though was gonna be a top 5 bullpen!!! Sign someone and keep are middle releivers where they are!
