J.J. Hardy going on the disabled list
Hardy tried to fight through the pain, but Tuesday's cortisone shot couldn't clear up his left wrist injury. He will be eligible to come off the DL on June 21.

Its for the best
The one constant through all the years, Ray, has been baseball. America has rolled by like an army of steamrollers. It has been erased like a blackboard, rebuilt and erased again. But baseball has marked the time. ~ Terence Mann
Good
I think he could have been back already if he would have gone on the DL a couple of weeks ago. The guy needs to heal up. I’m excited to see Plouffe back and see if he’s a guy we can count on in the next couple of years.
Peyton's good but have you ever heard of Jeff George?
Hopefully we see him every day
I’ll be very happy to see a Valencai, Plouffe, Punto, Morneau infield.

If that is what we get, I'll feel better.
If we get more Tolbert in the 2 hole, I think I’m gonna freak out.
I always loved that one.
Plouffe rates the call up
Trevor Plouffe has been playing good ball in Rochester. He deserves more exposure at the top level. I guess this means Valencia, Plouffe, Punto, Morneau. That’s a pretty good fielding infield. Let’s hope Plouffe and Valencia can hit their weight for a couple weeks.
I don't think that infield lineup will be for a couple more weeks,
Isn’t Hudson supposed to come off of the DL on Tuesday?
