During the last couple of years, Cliff Lee has been the perennial mid-season trade peice for teams looking to go deep into the playoffs. Now with Pavano back, the twins rotation will be strikingly similiar to the rotation that most people thought needed one more thing, namely; Cliff Lee. But with the Phillies locking him up for 5yrs, I'm not sure the Twins have enough Wilson Ramos' in the cupboard to get that deal done. But, there will be an Ace-like starter out there for the taking. And with the twins boring winter and next years payroll flexablity, it is very possible that the Twins FO are putting themselves in a position to do want we all wanted them to do last year. That is; get the mid-season ace.

So, now the questtion is who will be playing the part of Cliff Lee this year?
