Sorry to waste peoples time on a personal matter but I need some advice.  I live in California and get back to my home state of Minnesota rarely but in July I am going, for a long overdue much anticipated, visit to spend 2 weeks with my Dad, step Mom, and step Brother.  We have tickets to the Twins vs Indians right behind homeplate (which is awesome ive been to a lot of twins games at the dome spent over the baggy in the cheap seats) and tickets to the next night as well

What cant I miss? I know theres been a lot written on target field but a year in from people who have been there what needs to be done and seen with probably my only opportunity for years to get the best Target Field experience.  I am a diehard fan and follow the team religiously just dont get to take in many games in person this year will be good though get to go to Target Field and also get to catch them Vs the Giants at Pac Bell a during inter league since my boss is a diehard Giants fan.  Thank you for any advice!  

Biggest question what is the best beer to have and best food to get.
