So on my fantasy team, I was chugging along with Alex Avila as my catcher.  He seemed to go into a bit of a slump about 5 weeks ago (I think it's safe to say over the last 7 games, he's no longer in any kind of slump), and Joe had just gone yard, so I offered Avila for Joe straight up. 

Joe just went 0-5.  Also, the day after the trade went through, I saw a note on Yahoo that Joe was complaining of multiple dings and was not at all healthy.  Did I just kill my team?  Can someone who's actually seen Joe bat lately tell me if this was a colossal mistake or not?
