Since they're still in production, please allow 7-10 days for them to ship (as I don't have an exact day/time when I'll have 'em in hands). I know a lot of you have been waiting for the re-print so I'm putting them up for sale now. But this is the final run (for real), so once a size shows 'sold out,' you're outta luck.
