Since July 7, 2010, Mauer and Morneau have combined for one homer in Target Field, or two fewer than Rene Tosoni.

He also has Tampa and St. Louis moving forward as the wild cards. So what does he know?
Good lord, can we end this
Its quite well-known that over the last season and a half neither mauer or morneau have not been close to worth the money they’re paid. This is not new information, so just drop it.

So, in 2010, when Mauer hit .327/.402/.469 he wasn’t worth the 12.5?

Three things
1) I have very little problem with the numbers Mauer put up last year.
2) I said “over the last season and a half” so it would only include the second half of last year. Which makes Mauer’s numbers better (.373/.447/.527)
3) And I was referring to Mauer’s power numbers over the previously mentioned period of time.
