Agreed this is a great find

As times change internal organizations need to adapt as well. Pitching to contact has sounded great in the past but after a decade of this philosphy it is only begging the hitters to hit the ball which can hurt you when you don’t have a gold glove caliber infield. (or at the very least a stable infield, which has been a challenge for our team)
