I have no idea whether or not to believe this... or for that matter what to think... EDIT: I have had the chance to sit on this a bit more and think about it. He got off to a great start in 2010 due to the conditioning provided by winterball, so from that aspect it is a good thing. I wonder if his problems in 2011 had something to do with him overworking himself in 2010. If that is the case, with the proper amount of rest, he should be pretty decent in 2012. Parker mentioned on his site that Liriano's fastball regressed fairly signficiantly. What I don't get, if this is just a control thing, is why it didn't improve over the course of the season, as Liriano clearly did not. If a few extra starts can fix this, I'm all over this. I tend to think, however, that there may be something else going on.
