HOF: Barry Larkin in, Jack Morris still out
The BBWAA, in their infinite wisdom, elected Barry Larkin as the only member of the 2012 class of the Baseball Hall of Fame. Jack Morris came in 2nd, with 66.7 percent of the vote.
Also of note for being former Twins: Brad Radke received 2 votes. Terry Mulholland, Phil Nevin, and Ruben Sierra were all blanked.

I'm kind of torn about Black Jack.
I’d like to see him make it as a Twins fan, but I have to admit that the numbers aren’t there. He certainly had the October magic, though. -But how much should you value post-season performance?
Still, I look for any reason to criticize the Baseball Writer’s Association of America. Because they’re a bunch of self-important jerks. Well, some of them are anyway.
Raines, Bagwell and Trammell should all be in too
Nice to see all three of those guys pick up votes.
not to mention...
Edgar Martinez. For guys that should be in. Ditto for McGwire.
I would not vote for BlackJack at all, much as I love the guy. Just not HOF material to me.
I can't believe Terry Mulholland didn't get a single vote
Maybe we should resign him this year and pat his stats a little.
