Off Day Poll #2: Will The Twins Have A Decent Starter This Year?

In 2010, the Twins had five starters that each threw more than 150 innings. Three - Carl Pavano, Scott Baker, and Francisco Liriano - threw enough to qualify for the ERA title, and Pavano and Liriano both posted better-than-average ERA numbers.

In 2011, nobody came close. Only Pavano pitched the 162 innings necessary to qualify for the ERA title, and his 4.30 ERA was above league average. Scott Baker had a 3.14 ERA, but only threw 134 innings.

Here's the question: will anybody do it this year? We're looking for a pitcher that throws at least 162 innings and has a below-league-average ERA, which ought to be the minimum definition for "a good starter."
