According to Rhett Bollinger, Carl Pavano is heading to the DL and Nick Blackburn is starting on Wednesday.

Today the Twins do battle with the Kansas City Royals. Eden Prairie native Cole Devries (0-1, 2.70) faces off against Will Smith (1-1, 6.58). I want to make a joke about Will Smith the pitcher having the same name as Will Smith the rapper/Academy Award nominated actor. But that would be lame, so I am doing everything to not make that joke.
