In just a few minutes, eight players will square off in a show of power. Jose Bautista, Robinson Cano, Mark Trumbo, and Prince Fielder will represent the American League, while Carlos Beltran, Andrew McCutchen, Carlos Gonzalez, and Matt Kemp will come to play for the National League.
Personally, I don't think the NL has a shot at winning tonight. Between Bautista and Fielder, I have to believe those players are favorites to beat out any of the senior circuit's candidates. Historically it seems like left-handed hitters do well in the derby, but Kaufman's wind patterns tend to favor right-handed hitters. Who's your favorite?
