Brett Anderson is making his first start after being out 13 months with Tommy John's surgery and rehab. He recorded a 4.62 ERA in six rehab starts, and won't be allowed to throw over 100 pitches--just like normal Twins starters.
Twins:
Cole De Vries has been struggling lately, posting a 8.83 ERA in his last two starts. In addition, De Vries struggled in his last two starts against Oakland, posting a 6.30 ERA. So cross your fingers.
