Local prospect watcher turned national writer, Matt Garrioch has posted an excellent summary of his top 100 Draft prospects for 2013. The article has 128 comments, and I recommend you head over and check it out. Lots of interesting perspectives and discussion. I have seen reports that there is some good college LH pitchers in this draft but don't see many Lefties in his top picks. He does has Appel at # 8 and calls him, "too hitable."
