Mike Scioscia for Twins Manager: Yay or Nay? (Likely hypothetical, but still)

I know the front office has made it clear that Gardy will likely keep his job, especially for the sake of the current rebuilding process. So this question is probably just a hypothetical one, but it's a move I would love if it were possible all the same. Given Mike Scioscia is likely going to be sacked in Anaheim, I would love to see the Twins let Gardy walk and make a play for him. I think it's fair to say he's getting a bad rap for falling short of high expectations (I'd say the lackluster starting pitching is the key culprit), and he's undoubtedly a solid players manager in the same vein as Gardenhire. Plus, he's had great success against the Yankees, and has won a WS as manager.

Again, I know this is not going to happen. Even more, if Don Mattingly is fired, Scioscia would probably be more likely to go to the Dodgers anyway. But there's no doubt in my mind that Scioscia would fit the Twins Way well enough while bringing in a good track record that could help with the turnaround and then some.
