Aaron Hicks Placed On 7-Day Concussion Disabled List

Brad Rempel-USA TODAY Sports

The entire Opening Day outfield is on the DL now.

When Aaron Hicks hit the Target Field wall last night, it just looked bad.  When he was removed from the game with what were said to be "concussion-like syndromes," it just sounded bad.  When the Twins placed him on the 7-day disabled list for concussions a little bit ago, it became officially bad.

Per Gleems, the recently-acquired Sam Fuld will take over in center for Hicks, who joins left fielder Josh Willingham and right fielder Oswaldo Arcia on the shelf.  More info as it becomes available.
