The Milwaukee Brewers weren't able to come back from the big hole they dug themselves into against the Minnesota Twins, and the Brewers lost 6-4 to the Twins after falling behind by four runs in the fifth inning.

The Brewers scored on an RBI single by Lyle Overbay in the eighth inning and a sacrifice fly by Ryan Braun in the ninth inning. Despite their efforts, the Brewers couldn't finish the comeback.

The Twins were led by a flawless day at the dish by Brian Dozier, who went 3-3 against the Brewers' pitching. He singled in the first and third innings and homered in the fifth inning.

Samuel Deduno got it done on the mound on the way to a win. He allowed two runs over five innings. He struck out two, walked four and surrendered six hits.

Yovani Gallardo was charged with the loss. He allowed six runs in five innings, walked one and struck out six.

In the bottom of the first, the Brewers grabbed the early lead, 1-0. The Brewers got things going when Jean Segura singled. A single by Scooter Gennett then moved Segura from first to third. He eventually scored on a fielder's choice by Braun.

The Twins never trailed after scoring three runs in the third on a three-run home run by Josh Willingham.

After pushing across one run in the bottom of the fourth, the Brewers faced just a 4-2 deficit. An RBI single by Martin Maldonado gave the Brewers life. But, Deduno got Gallardo to end the inning.
