A's make Milone-Fuld trade official. Milone is traded, as he wished, and A's now have a likeable LF platoon: Gomes and Fuld

Earlier this morning, Oakland traded Yoenis Cespedes to Boston for Jon Lester and Jonny Gomes. This opened up a spot in the Athletics' outfield, and as a result they've acquired Sam Fuld from the Twins.
In return, Minnesota gets left-handed pitcher Tommy Milone. Milone, 27, has made 16 starts for the Athletics this season, posting a 3.55 ERA in 96.1 innings. He's under team control through 2017, and will be arbitration-eligible for the first time this winter.
Fuld, who hit .274/.370/.354 with the Twins, heads back to the team that let him slip through waivers in April. We'll break this down more throughout the day.
