Poor Johan. He tore his anterior capsule in his shoulder, the same one he had surgery to repair in 2011 (the same surgery Rich Harden received). If he comes back from a second such surgery, he will be the first pitcher in history to do it. In any event, he's out for this year at minimum. Aaron Hicks has been named the Opening Day Center Fielder today by Gardy. Pretty common sense choice in my opinion, he's been hitting the crap out of the ball this spring, and has all the tools to be a great 5-tool outfielder. Can't wait to see him take the field on Opening Day.
