Ortiz at 1B?
How many games has he played there?  I'm not sure how full-time designated hitters are able to be elected to positions.  Youkilis is more deserving of this start than Ortiz.

Much has been made of this
But in an NL park, there's no DH All-Star, so they put Ortiz's name on the ballot, and the BoSox fans stuffed his name there. It's a complete joke. He's hitting like he did for the Twins and he's only played there in interleague play. My guess is Leyland takes him out after one at bat and inserts Justin.

NL Parks 2 in a row
Doesn't the AL host the All-Star game on the odd number years?  How come the NL got it 2 years in a row?

Santana
Three up, three down, two strikeouts.  I love this guy.

Joe Buck said if he had a big game to win, he couldn't think of any other pitcher in baseball he'd rather have on the mound.  AAWWWWWWW....

You Know
I didn't even directly realize i myself until I narrated the situation to somebody else, but things got pretty tight and exciting there at the end.  1 run game, bases loaded, two outs, bottom of the ninth?  Not bad.
Baseball is great because you cant take a knee or kill the clock. You gotta put the ball over the plate and give the other guy his damn shot E Weaver abridged
