Former Twins prospect Rene Tosoni, better known around here as "French Resistance Fighter Rene Tosoni" is intentionally hit by a pitch in today's Mexico vs Canada game of the WBC, which leads to a huge brawl. This happened immediately after a fellow Canadian player bunted for a base hit with Canada up 9-3 in the 9th Inning, which as most baseball fans know goes against one of the biggest unwritten rules in the game, you don't bunt with a big lead. I love the announcer's comment as the fight escalates, "You want nothing to do with the hockey players!" Tosoni is now a part of the Milwaukee Brewers organization, he signed a minor league contract with them prior to this season, and was not invited to spring training.
